We're looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Blue Springs, United States. As a Pizza Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, crafting exceptional pizzas that delight our customers every single day. - Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including high-temperature ovens (up to 500+ degrees), pizza peels, and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement and presentation
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Stock and organize ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers, maintaining organized and efficient workspace
