Direct Support Professional (DSP) – In-Home Support

Location: Alexandria, VA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Guardian Residential Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home support services in Alexandria, VA.

Schedule

• Monday - Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support in the person's home environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal goals.
• Support meal preparation, household tasks, and organization.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities at home.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Complete required documentation and service notes accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships.
• Energetic and able to support an active individual.
• Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• DSP, CNA, caregiver, or related experience is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
