Job Details: Job Location: Moldex USA Offices - Irving, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, General Goal of the position:

Achieve the commercial and financial goals of the organization through the correct promotion of its products and services or new, considering the internal processes and procedures.

Functions and responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and improve the satisfaction of customers for the products and services provided by the organization.
• Increase the number of customers in accordance with the organization's goals,
• Maintain a financially healthy operation in accordance with the goals of the organization, including all the related activities.
• Resolve any issue related to the operation, for a proper business continuity.
• Maintain a high performance team, able and capable to achieve the level of sales defined in the budget.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with team in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization.
• Maintain a heathy relationship with other associates in the organization.
• Support and lead Safety with team.
• Provide the proper orientation to  team for its adequate function.
• Keep a healthy relationship with present and future customers.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining key customer relationships to drive Moldex Performance.
• Responsible for communication, planning and execution of Moldex and the GB organizations strategies as adequate.
• Track and share performance of her/his KPI’s as well as the teams’.
• Responsible for ensuring and validating BBU, Barcel and Third parties PO’s as well as other business requirements.
• Coordinates and Ensures implementation of all Moldex training in geography on charge.
• Coach and Develop sales team on shared KPI’s/Goals/ Standards.
• Develop strategies when team is underperforming.
• Responsible for communicating and establishing a “Competing to Win” with the team.
• Coordinate post-sales services in accordance with internal mandates.
• Develop her/his team in accordance to their capabilities.
• Optimize the cost of the operation she/he is in charge including: adjusting number of members of the team, cost of providers, cost of the premises, change of the facilities, and other costs related.
• Optimize the processes to be more agile and efficient.
• Keep a healthy relationship with the internal customers of other organizations, colleagues as well as external customers.
• Find possible offers and commercial opportunities in the market in accordance with the goals of the Organization.
• Communicates effectively with other teams.
• Support continuity of business operations by coordinating timely response to onsite business disruptions, escalating risk appropriately, and partnering with leadership to maintain operational stability. 
• Promote associate wellness by reinforcing company programs, identifying support needs in the field, and coordinating with the appropriate parties to address wellness-related concerns. 
• Assist in the handling of onsite workplace issues by responding promptly to any concerns, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners, and helping ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
 
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
• 5 years sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance and team managing industry. 
• Proven DSD experience 
• Must be able to travel domestic (35%-50% approx) and international between 2 or three times a year.
• Fluent in Spanish.
