Overview
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Attends meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Assisting in contract management and project support.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed.
- May cover the reception desk when required.
- Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
