HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs & LPNs WITH EXPERIENCE IN
G-TUBE FEEDING IN RALEIGH/DURHAM
Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment.Â
Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide care for clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- G-Tube Feeding Management
- Wound Care
- Medication administration and management
- Provide one-on-one direct care in the home
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license
- Prior home care experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:
