בגירה מערכות מגייסת מדריכי/ות כושר לחימה
לעבודה במשמרות במתקני החברה הניידים, בפריסה ארצית.
אנחנו מחפשים לוחמים משוחררים בעלי ניסיון בהדרכת לוחמים (קציני חי״ר, סמ״בים, מכ״ים, מדריכי קליעה וסימולטור) – להשתלבות בתפקיד מאתגר ודינמי בחברת הייטק ביטחונית, המפתחת אמצעי לחימה סימולטיביים ומובילה את תחום ההדרכה המתקדמת בבסיסי צה״ל.
מה כולל התפקיד?
• הובלת ההדרכה מקצה לקצה והפעלת מאמני סימולטור ניידים
• התאמת יכולות המערכת לצורכי המשתמשים, במטרה להבטיח כשירות מבצעית מיטבית
• אחריות על תקינות המערכות ועבודה שוטפת מול צוותי ההנדסה והתמיכה הטכנית בחברה בנושאי אחזקה מונעת וטיפול בתקלות

- קצין/ת חי"ר במיל' / סמ"ב / מ"כ / מדריך/ת קליעה / סימולטור
- יכולות הדרכה ועמידה מול קהל
- יכולות טכניות בסיסיות
- רישיון נהיגה וניידות - חובה
- אחריות, ראש גדול, ניהול זמן, יכולת פתרון בעיות, עצמאות
- שליטה בתוכנות אופיס
- זמינות למינימום 2 משמרות בשבוע
- עבודה ברחבי הארץ לפי דרישת הצבא - מצפון לדרום, איו"ש ובבסיסי צה"ל
