בגירה מערכות מגייסת מדריכי כושר לחימה לעבודה במשמרות
יוצאי/ות צבא בעלי/ות ניסיון בהדרכת לוחמים (קציני חי"ר, סמ"בים, מכ"ים, מדריכי קליעה/סימולטור), להשתלבות בתפקיד מאתגר בחברת הייטק המפתחת אמצעי לחימה סימולטיביים ואחראית על הדרכתם בבסיסי צה"ל ברחבי הארץ.
תיאור התפקיד:
- המדריך יהיה אמון על ההדרכה, והפעלת המערכות במאמני כושר לחימה.
- התאמת יכולות המערכת לצרכי המשתמשים, במטרה להבטיח כשירות מבצעית מיטבית של המתאמנים.
- אחריות לתקינות המערכות, כולל עבודה שוטפת מול הצוותים ההנדסיים והטכניים של החברה בנושאי אחזקה מונעת וטיפול בתקלות.
Requirements
דרישות התפקיד:
- קצין חי"ר במיל' / מ"כ / מדריך קליעה/סימולטור -חובה
- זמינות למינימום 2 משמרות בשבוע ושנת עבודה אחת לפחות. המשרה מתאימה לסטודנטים
- עבודה בבסיסי צה"ל
- יכולות טכניות בסיסיות.
- יכולות הדרכה ועמידה מול קהל.
- אחריות, ראש גדול, ניהול זמן, יכולת פתרון בעיות, עצמאות.
- מוסר עבודה גבוה, יכולת התמודדות עם בלת"מים ומתן מענה בשטח במינימום זמן.
- שליטה בתוכנות אופיס.
- ניידות - חובה
