Rather than carefully tailoring and refining each application, doomjobbing means aimlessly applying to anything you can find.
It’s the latest trend in a labor market that job seekers say has become increasingly brutal. While there’s nothing new about the idea that job-seekers should be proactive, doomjobbing can negatively impact their career prospects and mental health.
