Matt Erhard

About Me

Matt Erhard is a managing partner and executive recruiter at Summit Search Group, a Canadian professional recruitment firm. In addition to his career in recruitment, he has served on the board of several nonprofits, including The Future Leaders of Manitoba, which he previously headed as president. He is currently an Honorary Consul of Switzerland. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba’s I.H. Asper School of Business.
