Job Description:
The Data Integrity Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness and governance of the ERP system and supporting systems. This role will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at refining processes, reducing data errors, and boosting productivity. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of projects, from those focused on specific sites to initiatives with a global scope. By leading cross-functional teams, the Data Integrity Supervisor ensures that projects are executed smoothly, meet their targets, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the supply chain operations. Their role is pivotal in ensuring the value, usability, accuracy and consistency of the organizations operations data from creation to removal.
What You Will Do
- Lead global ERP improvement efforts, aligned with strategic goals, KPIs, or global initiatives
- Lead a team of direct reports to ensure all data management changes are consistent and documented across the global business groups
- Lead the team to regularly evaluate new improvement measures to ensure effectiveness and avoid unforeseen consequences through rigorous testing and validation
- Lead initiatives to enhance performance, minimize waste, and increase On Time Delivery of raw and finished materials
- Create an audit system to validate ongoing effectiveness of improvement processes and resolve discrepancies where appropriate
- Mitigate and contain historical data input errors and implement processes and procedures to ensure future system control
- Create comprehensive training on all ERP related processes to ensure successful deployment globally.
- Direct policy implementation, including goal setting and progress tracking.
- Lead detailed investigations to uncover root causes and unintended consequences.
- Lead focused scope improvement teams and collaborate with various teams to develop initiatives.
- Collaborate with site and business leaders to determine the best practices that are effective globally.
- Present improvement initiatives and progress to management at all levels.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Cross functional business acumen
- Public and/or internal communications experience highly desired
- Glovia and Supply Chain experience highly desirable
- Scheduling, planning & Resource Management experience desired
- High level of Data analysis & critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead new teams to drive change and improvement
- Team creative problem-solving
- Must have experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
- Previous Supervisory experience – department, business, projects, etc.
This position offers a remote work model with routine travel to New York, and occasional travel to international business sites.
Our good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $92,582 to $136,355. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
