This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, and plays a critical role in accelerating growth within our target enterprise segments.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer—comfortable designing campaign frameworks, orchestrating cross-channel experiences, and rolling up their sleeves to execute, optimize, and scale. In this role, you'll work closely with the Demand Generation and Campaign Team, Field Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to design and deploy multi-channel campaigns that align to business goals.
What you'll do...

- Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales and SDR teams to align campaign messaging, timing, and goals, ensuring shared ownership of KPIs.
- Leverage platforms like 6sense and Mutiny to orchestrate personalized campaigns across email, web, social, and events.
- Develop and maintain target account lists in partnership with Sales and RevOps, using intent and engagement data to prioritize outreach.
- Create tailored content and offers that resonate with buying committees within target accounts.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, continuously optimizing for better results.
- Drive continuous optimization by A/B testing tactics, content, and channels.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with account needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Experience with expansion ABM programs and building expansion programs from the ground up.
- Support sales enablement by providing campaign insights, battlecards, templates, and personalized outreach materials.
- Stay current on ABM best practices, tools and trends to inform strategy and execution.
Who you are...
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in Account-Based Marketing or demand generation.
- Proven success designing and managing complex ABM programs that drive measurable business outcomes (account engagement, account movement and pipeline creation).
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across the team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Data-driven with a strong grasp of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and ROI measurement.
Preferred:
- Experience in enterprise/B2B tech, SaaS, or highly targeted sales environments.
- Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, and personalized website experiences.
- ABM certification or training
