About the Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales leads and qualified opportunities. You will utilize AI tools and advanced lead generation platforms to identify and engage high-quality prospects.
This is an incredibly creative and exciting role for someone who loves building and experimenting at the intersection of sales and technology. As a Go-To-Market Engineer, you’ll have real autonomy to shape and innovate a futuristic lead generation stack—leveraging AI, automation, and cutting-edge tools to find and qualify prospects in smarter, faster, and more effective ways. You'll get to test new ideas, design intelligent workflows, and directly impact how we scale, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and pushing the boundaries of what modern sales prospecting can look like.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Identification & Qualification: Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to discover and qualify high-quality leads.
● Tool Management: Optimize the speed and quality of lead generation using platforms such as Clay.com and other relevant tools.
● Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop lead engagement strategies in alignment with overall sales objectives.
● Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current sales operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
● Experience: 2+ years in a sales engineering, revenue operations, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
● Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI tools and lead generation platforms such as Clay.com, Apollo.io, and others.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
● Prompt Engineering: Experience in crafting effective prompts for AI tools to optimize lead generation.
● CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Compensation and Benefits
● Full-Time: $80,000 - $95,000
● Part-Time: $40,000 - $45,000
