Job Description:
The Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing on-the-ground operational support to field teams across multiple locations. This role assists with onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The Field Support Specialist acts as a liaison between corporate teams and store-level operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to field teams and store staff.
- Leverage technology to identify underperforming locations.
- Assess General Managers strengths and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Regional and District managers on root cause.
- Create action plans with field leaders.
- Hands-on approach with General Managers/sharing Nouria expectations.
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Support technology rollouts and troubleshoot basic system issues.
- Communicate company updates and process changes effectively.
- Track and report on field issues, trends, and needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Training, and Operations to implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years in retail, operations, or field support roles, preferably in a C Store Environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting for systems.
