Customer Service Representative
Provide an unrivaled Customer Experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email
- Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s.
- Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot
- Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of.
- Other duties as assigned.

This role's pay range is between $21.53/hr - $32.30/hr (based on location). This role is also eligible for bonus.
