As a Barostim Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness about life-changing CVRx therapies, connecting with new consumers through meaningful and informative conversations. Whether it’s via phone, email, chat, or text, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with individuals daily, helping them navigate their healthcare options and providing essential education.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Phone screen consumers, enter accurate information into the relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and schedule consumers for consultation appointments with providers.
- Respond to inquiries in a respectful manner to meet needs of requestor, demonstrate empathy, offer education, and provide empowerment.
- Provide consumers with relevant and accurate disease awareness and therapy information meeting CVRx’s standards.
- Successfully manage conversations with consumers, including those expressing frustration or who are emotional.
- Document interactions per applicable policies and processes.
- Document request requirements, timeline, and communicate to consumers, field representatives, and customers as needed.
